1.1 Eligibility

To access and use the Services, you must be at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction, complete the registration process to create a user account, and provide and maintain complete, accurate, and up-to-date contact and account information.

1.2 Account and Password

You are responsible for all activity that occurs through your account. You agree to keep your username, password, and account information confidential, and to immediately notify ShopVid of any unauthorized use.

1.3 Updates and Functionalities

ShopVid may apply updates to the Services from time to time, resulting in changes in appearance and/or functionality.

1.4 Third Party Products and Services

The Services may enable you to access third-party products or services. ShopVid provides access as a convenience only and does not imply warranties or endorsements.

2.1 Permitted Uses

You agree to use the Services in a manner consistent with these Terms and any other applicable guidelines. Misuse is strictly prohibited.

2.2 Compliance with Laws

Your use of the Services must comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including CAN-SPAM, CASL, and GDPR. You are solely responsible for determining compliance.

3.1 ShopVid Services

ShopVid owns the Services and all related intellectual property rights. Unauthorized use of ShopVid's Trademarks is strictly prohibited.

3.2 Feedback

Any feedback you submit grants ShopVid a worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free license to use, modify, and distribute it, without compensation to you.

3.3 User Content

You retain ownership of your User Content but grant ShopVid a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, worldwide license to use it for the purpose of providing the Services.

4.1 Billing

Shopify platform users pay via Shopify payment gateway (billed through Shopify Billing).

4.2 Refunds

A 30-day money-back guarantee applies to all services. To request a refund, contact our support team with your app ID or email address.

5.1 Privacy Policy

The Privacy Policy is incorporated by reference into these Terms. Please review it at shopvid.app/privacy.

5.2 Data Retention

ShopVid may permanently erase User Content and associated information if your account is suspended or cancelled for 30 or more days.

Services are provided "as is" and "as available." To the maximum extent permitted by law, ShopVid disclaims all warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. ShopVid does not warrant that Services will be uninterrupted or error-free.

ShopVid's aggregate liability for all claims shall not exceed the total payments made by you in the 12-month period preceding the cause of action. ShopVid will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages.

You may cancel your account at any time via our support channels. ShopVid may suspend or cancel your account at any time, with or without cause. Upon termination, all rights and licenses granted to you will terminate.
